Tour De France

Put away your bikes and your steroids and those weird nylon shirts, it’s not that kind of Tour. The Greens Country Club, 13100 Green Valley Dr., presents a four-course wine dinner by executive chef Jim Camp with wines curated by sommelier Ian Clarke from 7-10 p.m. April 19. Explore the regions of Vouray, Rhône Valley, Champagne and Burgundy without leaving your chair. Tickets are $75 each and the event is ages 21+ only.

Balvenie Scotch Dinner

Enjoy five Balvenie Scotches with five gourmet courses prepared by chef Jonas Favela at MMR Prime Steakhouse’s Balvenie Scotch Dinner, 6-9 p.m. April 19.

These dishes are BONKERS. Duck confit with a 12-year DoubleWood Scotch, pork belly with orange marmalade and a 15-year Sherry Wood Scotch, cedar plank scallop, sous vide steak au poive and a chocolate-banana-toffee-popcorn for dessert.

Taste of Wilson

Most of us prefer to forget what grade school tasted like, but Taste of Wilson (6:30-8:30 p.m., April 20) is helping raise funds for Wilson Arts Integration School. The evening of food, drink and community is located at The Sieber, 1309 N. Hudson Ave. Tickets are $50 each and help pay for drama instruction, teacher training and a new playground.

Heard on Hurd

Shoutout to review sponsor Citizens Bank of Edmond, which puts on a monthly food truck, music and shopping festival in downtown Edmond. Taste Of Midwest City

Enjoy small bites from Midwest City restaurants at Taste of Midwest City, 5:30-7:30 p.m. April 23 at the Reed Center, 5800 Will Rogers Road, Midwest City.

Burn Co Sausage Class

Join the BBQ geniuses at Burn Co Barbeque, 1738 S. Boston Ave. in Tulsa, for a sausage-making class. From 5:30-8:30 p.m. April 23 you’ll get one-on-one training with the staff as you learn to grind, season and stuff your own sausage. Each ticket guarantees you will get to take home 10 lbs. of finished sausage and get a hands-on, behind-the-scenes, exclusive experience in our kitchen and butcher shop. The Winston Grand Opening
